  • Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 150 feet of the unit. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
  • Is Fundays insured?
Yes! We are fully insured. Proof of insurance can be provided for public use events.
  • Do you set up at parks?
We do set up at parks as long as electric is available. Please check with the park before placing an order.
  • Any special requirements for setup?
We need at least 4 feet of access to the area where the unit till be set up. The units can weigh up to 600 pounds, so we need a clear path. We strictly set up on grassy areas only. We also need to be within 150ft of an electric outlet. We prefer to use your garden hose to supply water to the unit, but we do have extra hoses if the need arises.
  • Do customers need attendants present at the event?
Everything we rent must have adult supervision when our equipment reaches the job site. The customer is required to provide adults to supervise the equipment within 15 feet at all times or else we will not allow our equipment to be used by them.
  • What kind of power source do customers need for inflatables?

Water inflatables can be used in light rain.
  • What if we need to cancel?
Weather cancelations will be determined by us. There are weather limitations that we must adhere to for the safety of you and your guests. In the event of a weather cancelation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or any payment made. Cancelations greater then 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less any transfer fees incurred during the down payment process. Cancelations 14 days or less to the event will receive a credit toward a future rental to occur within 12 months from the original booking date. Example: Rental scheduled for February 15, 2022. Any cancelation occurring on February 1st or after would result in the forfeiture of your deposit which would then be held for a future rental to occur on or before February 15, 2023. If the rescheduled rental does not occur within 12 months, the deposit would then be forfeited.

  • Do you require a deposit?
